Angie V. Garrick

Pastor Angie currently resides in Laurelton, Queens with her husband Shawn of twenty years and they have three children (Shawn Jr., Vaughn, and Alana). She has been a faithful member of St. Albans Gospel Assembly for twenty years and serves under her Senior Pastors, Apostles Everett & Marjorie Newsome. She joined the leadership team as a Youth Leader in 2008 where she helped to launch its youth liturgical dance ministry (SAGA³) and currently serves as the Director of the ministry. Truly a mother in Zion, through SAGA³ she has helped to encourage and mentor young women, ages 5 through 21.

Pastor Angie was ordained in 2014 alongside Shawn as Associate Pastors over the Family Connect Ministry which focuses on “Faith, Family, and Finances”. Through the leading of the Holy Spirit, they encourage and nurture spiritual growth amongst families, while providing spiritual and leadership guidance to several auxiliaries within the ministry. She is a certified marriage coach facilitator through Family Dynamics Institute (FDI). She is currently enrolled at Oral Roberts University (ORU) and is pursuing her degree in Theological Studies. Pastor Angie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Empire State College and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of Phoenix.
