Associate Pastor

Pastor Ruby Briggs is a living testimony to the Faithfulness of GOD in her life. Saved at an early age, she enlisted into the army of GOD as a young adult. Through her love for GOD and willingness to serve she taught in children’s ministry and was appointed Sunday school superintendent. Pastor Briggs also served in several positions in the church simultaneously; these included the mission field locally, food pantry, president of the usher board and the ministry of helps.

A retired geriatric health care specialist, this Proverbs 31 woman received her formal Biblical training from Tabernacle of Prayer Bible Institute, N.Y. Sunday School Association and United Holy Church of America Bible Institute. She also received in-house training and was mentored by the late Bishop E. C. Newsome 1 and the late Dr. Olga G Newsome.

Currently, she serves as Associate Pastor heading the outreach, prayer and Senior Saints ministries. She also teaches at Inspired Spiritual Connection Bible Institute. “Mother Briggs” as she is affectionately called is a living epistle for the kingdom of GOD.

Her personal motto is:

“Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven”.
